Terms of Service

Fit Plan AI is operated by getswollai ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Fit Plan AI generates personalised workout and nutrition plans from photos, goals, and metrics you provide. Plans are general fitness guidance generated by AI and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition.

You must create an account to purchase and generate plans. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Plans are sold as a one-time purchase per plan (each purchase includes one plan generation plus one regeneration). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• Uploading photos of other people without their consent;
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights;
• Interfering with the service's security, probing, scraping, or introducing malware;
• Attempting to circumvent payment or credit controls.

You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you (generating your plan and goal image). You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to it.

Plans and goal images are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Goal images are a motivational guide, not a prediction or guarantee of results. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for verifying anything that affects your health.

We retain all ownership of the service itself, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
